Attend 8 classes at the beginning of training and the 9th after you’ve created your Blueprints.

Complete assignments between classes. These are all located on the Facilitator Class Website under the Assignments menu.

Write your portion of the Facilitator Class Blueprint of WE. We use this live document to teach you the concept by experience.

Take notes on the Google Doc of the Class Blueprint for the Clarifying Conversation.

Prepare for a class presentation on one of the 5 Components and a Key Concept. These will be assigned during class. Use the slides and videos on the class website to re-engage your knowledge from class.

Read and write a review/synopsis of a neuroscience book as it relates to the Blueprint of WE Collaboration Process. You can choose from the Resources list on the website, or pick your own.
Write 5 Blueprints of WE:

Your Blueprint of ME (It’s not required, but consider taking a portion of your BoME and dropping it into a 1-page Personal Introduction Blueprint of ME.)

A 1-page Organization Introduction Blueprint of WE

A Business Oriented Blueprint of WE, you choose the relationship or team

A Personal Oriented Blueprint of WE, you choose the relationship

A Blueprint of WE Document of your choosing
Facilitate others in the Clarifying Conversation:

Facilitate the Clarifying Conversation for one of your classmates’ Blueprint of ME
-
Facilitate the Clarifying Conversation of one of your own Blueprints while a Certified Facilitator listens and gives feedback afterwards

Facilitate the Clarifying Conversation of another person in your class

Facilitate the Clarifying Conversation of a Blueprint you complete with another person(s)
Afterwards:

Schedule your first client or workshop. (Any number of attendees is fine.)

Write a Laying the Foundation Exercise for any type of relationship that would work in your area of interest. They will be reviewed by class members and made available to all facilitators.
